The Resident Evil 4 Remastered 2023 release date is approaching, and Xbox fans can get access to RE4 a day early by using a common exploit.

When is Resident Evil 4 remake coming out?
The release date for Resident Evil 4 Remake is March 24, 2023.
It’s coming to PlayStation for PS4 and PS5, and Xbox for Xbox One and Series X/S. It will also be available on PC via Steam.

How to Get Early Access to RE4
Xbox fans can get early access to the Resident Evil 4 remake by using the New Zealand release timing trick.
The Microsoft Store suggests RE4 launches locally at midnight on consoles, meaning it should launch on March 24 at 00:00 NZDT. This equates to March 23 at 04:00 PDT, 07:00 EDT, and 11:00 GMT.
You need to pre-order for the trick to work. If you already pre-ordered the game on Xbox One or Series X/S, just follow these steps on March 23rd:
- select settings
- click system
- Continue to Language and Location
- Change location to New Zealand
- Reset your Xbox console
You can find the time in your area by changing your location to New Zealand, opening RE4 in the Microsoft Store, and changing the location time in settings.
