On the first night of “The Bachelorette” filming, Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey pose.
Season 19 of “The Bachelorette” just got a new promo video from ABC, and it’s causing quite a stir on social media. Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia will team up to find their future husbands, and it appears that the process will be a wild one.
Here’s what you need to know:
The ‘Ultimate Bachelorette Party of the Summer’ will be featured in Season 19.
Some of the same elements were used in Windey and Recchia’s first promo for season 19 on the show’s Instagram page. The two women were seen wearing black stiletto heels and form-fitting white dresses with red roses. They stuffed a couple of red suitcases into the trunk of a red convertible and sat down.
The promo then transitioned to actual footage from Windey and Recchia’s journey as co-hosts of “The Bachelorette.” The cast of suitors vying for final roses this time around was recently revealed by ABC, and now fans can get a first look at the dynamics at work in season 19. During the initial greetings and cocktail party, Windey and Recchia hold hands as they greet host Jesse Palmer to start the journey at the mansion, and a few of the men are seen interacting with the women.
During those first meetings, however, there is at least one significant blunder. “Hello, Rachel,” one bachelor says as he walks up to Windey and gives her a hug. Recchia’s stunned expression is visible as the man catches himself and correctly says “I’m sorry, Gabby.” “Man!” sings Shania Twain. Viewers see a quick montage of “Bachelorette” dates coming up for the two ladies while “I Feel Like a Woman!” is playing. Shirtless men, helicopters, boats, fireworks, and kissing galore will all be present, as is customary for the series. Is it possible that there will be two proposals? For the time being, spoilers on that subject are not available.
Fans Are Ready to Go
Despite the fact that the new promo for “The Bachelorette” contained no major spoilers, fans made it clear that they were excited for the premiere. One person commented on the Instagram post, “One of the best promos yet,” while another said she was “literally counting down the days,” and a Reddit thread analyzing the promotion quickly appeared. “Wow, what a fantastic teaser!” Someone complimented, “Perfect song choice, the girls look stunning, the vibe is unreal.” “I was smiling and bobbing along the whole time,” another Redditor admitted.
Overall, this promo video appeared to be a hit with “The Bachelorette” fans, and it exuded a fun vibe. People seemed to think that choosing the Twain song was a good idea, with a chorus of “Let’s go, girls” resurfacing throughout the Reddit thread, much like it does in the song and at the start of the promo. There was no major drama in the promo, and some “Bachelorette” fans speculated that this meant Windey and Recchia wouldn’t have to compete for men. Windey has stated that she and Recchia are still very good friends now that filming has wrapped, and all indications are that the premiere of “The Bachelorette” season 19 on July 11 will be a thrilling ride.
