After Jayde’s appearance on The Weakest Link’s special earlier this week, one fan took issue with her behavior as she voted against professional dancer Amy Dowden, prompting a nasty response from them.

In the text, the user wrote: “Jayde I’m so upset you voted Amy Dowden on your weakest link because she’s my favorite dancer and I love her.

“You’re obviously jealous of her body and beauty. You’re really mean, she’s a math genius and math is the hardest thing in the world. At least she’s been on Strictly longer than you, bye.”

Jayde clearly didn’t take the letter seriously, writing in the caption of her upload: “Bye Strict Hardcore fans. I’m going to miss your weird emails.

“With all the love and compassion in the world; please don’t come to my tour next year.”

She told the presenter: “I knew it was going to happen to me because every time I was on TV and someone commented on my weight, I knew it was going to happen.

“I can do one of two things, I can ignore it, or I can work it out. I think it’s a lot of fun, and I can show some resilience to the people who follow me.”

Jayde continued: “Someone wrote, ‘This is Jayde Adam’s Strictly’ with a picture of a Michelin man, and I laughed!”

She admits she certainly doesn’t want people writing negative reviews, but she knows they’re looking for a response she’s not willing to provide.

“The most useful thing to do is not to piss them off, which is to show resilience because it never stops,” she added.
