Early on, Arroyave was an antique dealer. However, she also owns an antique shop, and one day she goes to the antique shop, and her life has changed drastically since then. She is also tagged as an actress and producer. In 2005, she appeared on an episode of the famous American TV talk show “The Oprah Winfrey Show”. Accordingly, she is best known for her roles in the 2007 film Slipstream and the 2003 film The Human Stain.
