Savannah Chrisley says her life ‘falls apart’ after parents start serving time
Savannah Chrisley is dealing with a “very difficult time” in the absence of her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, after they went to prison.
The 25-year-old reality star opened up about her transformation on Tuesday’s episode “Unlock” podcasts. — was actually filmed on January 12, five days before reporting to the prison.
“So those of you who know my family and have been following our lives and my podcast know that last week has been an incredibly difficult week for my entire family and for each of us,” Savannah said.
“We’ll have to say goodbye to my parents for the foreseeable future. It’s really, really, really hard.”
The “Chrisley Knows Best” star went on to explain that if the podcast episode feels “happy,” it’s because it was filmed before her “life fell apart.”
“I think it’s because I had a lot of hope and I didn’t deal with the reality,” she added, noting that next week’s episode will be “a very intense one-on-one podcast with me, kind of like letting You know where she is.” “My life”.
Todd and Jolie were sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison after being found guilty of fraud and tax evasion in June 2022.
Todd, 53, is serving 12 years at the federal prison in Pensacola, Florida, while Julie, 50, will serve seven years at the federal prison in Lexington, Kentucky.
Despite the length of the sentence, Savannah has stood by her parents, and the family continues to maintain their innocence.
Just last week, the matriarch pledged to “fight” for her mum when she went to jail.

The Chrisleys were indicted in August 2019 for allegedly submitting false documents to the bank when applying for a loan. Jolie also allegedly submitted false credit reports and bank statements while trying to rent an apartment in California.
