Sarah Ferguson believes Lisa Marie Presley died of a broken heart

Sarah Ferguson believes Lisa Marie Presley died of a broken heart after her son Benjamin committed suicide in 2020.

“I think she’s with Ben now,” Royal Page Six told her on Saturday at the Memphis, Tennessee, airport where she had flown in from the UK. Memorial service for Presley at Graceland Sunday.

The Duchess of York added that she was there to ensure the comfort of Lisa Marie’s daughter, Mad Max: Fury Road actress Riley Keough, 33, and twins Finley and Harper, 14.

“I think we need to make sure that Finley, Riley and Harper have their full support going forward,” Ferguson told us.

“She was so proud of them, so proud. She wrote to me and said, ‘Yeah, I’m really surprised how good my kids are now. “

Ferguson, 63, also mentioned Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla Presley, noting, “Plus, we have to take care of Priscilla now, don’t we?”

Prince Andrew’s ex-wife, better known by her stage name Fergie, is a longtime friend of the singer.

As Page Six reports, Lisa Marie and her ex-husband Michael Lockwood became friends when they lived in Sussex, England.

“They liked each other immediately, they seemed to know each other well,” said a friend of Page Six’s.

“When Lisa Marie came back to the States, they became very close and kept in touch,” the friend continued. “When the Duchess was in trouble, she was very supportive.”

Following the announcement of Lisa Marie’s death, Ferguson on Instagram Mourning a dead friend.

“I greet you every day love you my sissy will greet you every day,” she captioned the adorable photo of the couple embracing.

“You are my sissy, a wonderful mother to Ben, Riley, Harper and Finley, and a very lovely daughter to Priscilla. You have been a loyal friend of mine over the years and I am here to support and love your family. I Deeply saddened, my little sister, you are in my heart,” she wrote.

Lisa Marie, the only son of rock legend Elvis Presley, died Jan. 12 of a cardiac arrest at the age of 54.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter, Lisa Marie, has left us,” Priscilla, 77, said in a statement. Strong, most loving woman.”

Lisa Marie will be buried in Graceland, next to her son.

Page Six only reported that his grave had been moved slightly to make room for his mother’s coffin.
