In an attempt to summarize the entire online battle between creators, this article will focus on two YouTube videos and two Twitter posts that have received a lot of attention, and follow the story of the fight from beginning to end.
The whole scandal started in November 2022. At the time, Nico, dubbed “Discount Andrew Tate” by Charlie, spoke ill of the popular YouTuber and his relationship with his longtime partner on his Rumble stream. The comments are a collection of crude jokes about the couple’s looks.
MoistCr1TiKaL is such a popular creator that fans sent him clips from the stream and asked for responses. In the video above, from November 26, he talks reluctantly about the situation and insults Sneako with things like his male crush and other well-known things.
Sneako Calls Out Creators He Claims To Want Him Canceled
Sneako has been known to believe in many conspiracy theories, and many other creators have accused him of being mean to women and other protected groups.
A few days ago, he tweeted this photo of what he said was “demanding” to cancel his streamer and YouTuber. People pictured include HasanAbi, MoistCr1TiKaL and Ethan Klein. Although it didn’t go viral, Charlie took notice of the tweet and his reply went viral, sparking the current controversy.
YouTuber calls on Sneako to defend pedophilia
The YouTuber quotes Sneako and calls him different things, like a soybean and a sad little worm. He also brought up the fact that the latter enjoyed a Netflix movie called Cuties, which many on the internet and elsewhere have called a pedophile.
This is an abridged version of the post, which has been viewed more than 25 million times and has approximately 362.9K likes as of this writing. Nico’s original tweet, although seen more often, didn’t even get 4000 likes.
“Damn you poor sensitive soy bug. I made fun of you for watching your girlfriend get fucked by lots of other guys and insulted you for protecting child porn. That’s not cancelling, that’s just spitting, Because you’re a poor, pathetic bastard.”
There was some back and forth, but it was clear who won the “debate” as MoistCr1TiKaL’s tweet got more likes than anyone else’s.
MoistCr1TiKaL’s video gets praise after Twitter feud win
So far, MoistCr1TiKaL has won the Twitter battle fairly decisively, and he recently posted a YouTube video in which he makes his point clearly. In it, he wraps up the whole thing by repeating his insults to Sneako and providing more context.
Portions of the video were praised by other streamers such as HasanAbi and xQc, who responded enthusiastically to the video on their streams. With over 5 million people watching it a day, it’s safe to say that most people on the Internet like it too.
After the row between MoistCr1TiKaL and Sneako, other creators such as KSI also started to go after Sneako. Here’s an article about a British YouTuber who allegedly tried to “dunk” another creator’s boxing challenge.
