A member of the Ladoja political dynasty also known as Idera De has endorsed the candidacy of All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator Teslim Folarin.
The organization quoted in a statement signed by Hon Biodun Latiwo chairman and Hon Tolani Adigun secretary as saying that it took the decision considering Senator Folarin’s track record as an astute politician and experienced civil servant .
The group said Folaring had shown over time that he had no ambitions because of his sacrifices for the country’s political stability.
“In our analysis, before choosing to support a candidate other than the PDP candidate, we looked at key variables comparing the present and the future of our dear country.
“Based on his relevant experience as governor of Oyo, he is the most qualified of all the candidates.
“Senator Teslim Folarin has built and maintained social bridges and networks of lasting friendships in every constituency of Oyo. He has eternal relationships with all districts of Oyo. We would like to support and adopt Senator Teslim Folarin.”
