After a fun night of fights at the O2 Arena in London, four fighters were awarded $50,000 for their efforts on the UFC 286 card.

Unsurprisingly, two of those athletes are co-main event lightweights, Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev. In three rounds, the two had a very Gaethje-like fight, with Fiziev playing well early on.

He even convinced “The Highlight” to use his wrestling skills. However, it was Gaethje who reversed it in the third round, landing repeated jabs and uppercuts. With Fiziyev covered in blood and one eye swollen, the American’s final blow sealed the deal.

night battle? this is very simple. For Gaethje, it was his seventh night fight bonus and 11th overall. He has won post-match bonuses in every fight except last year’s loss to Charles Oliveira.

The majority decision victory also put him back in title contention.

Show of the Night bonuses at UFC 286 go to Jake Hadley and Gunnar Nelson. Flyweight Hadley, who competed at quasiweight after being weightless against Malcolm Gordon, knocked the Canadian down with a body shot before finishing the bout with a Donkey Kong-style ground slam. Or “White King Kong”, Hadley is also known as “White King Kong”.

Meanwhile, Nelson finished short of Brian Barberena on the main card of the night. He locked down an arm-bar submission before the first round of their welterweight bout ended.
