Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson led a police chase from the passenger seat of her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell’s car, resulting in a PIT maneuver and arrest.
according to monroe county reporter, around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, when Dralin was driving his Dodge Charger when Monroe County officials ran his license plate number. A license plate check showed the owner had an outstanding search warrant, so the officers attempted to pull over.
Delaring accelerated north on the highway and the officer gave chase, eventually ending the chase with a PIT maneuver.
“Officials say they found marijuana and Delarin was arrested for DUI and fleeing police with outstanding warrants outside Wilkinson County,” TMZ report. “Another passenger, Julian Malik Divon Williams, was also arrested for failing to execute a warrant.”

The age gap between Alana and Dralin, combined with her very young age, has drawn some criticism online. “I don’t care because, like, at the end of the day, my sister is in favor, his mom is in favor, we’re happy, so I don’t really care what the fans have to say or what the haters have to say,” the 16-year-old said. Alana told Entertainment Tonight In an interview last July.
