Notoriously private mum Halle Berry invited her 8.2 million Instagram followers to wish her daughter Nahla a happy 15th birthday.

“She’s the never-ending sun and the never-ending moon!” enthuses the 56-year-old actress.
“Join me today in wishing her a happy 15th birthday! I love you sweet angel 👼🏽.”
The first photo in the post has a frame with the words “I love you more”.
Inside the frame is a black and white photo of the Monster’s Ball star and her curly beauty from years ago.
In the second photo, an elderly Nahla, wearing a green shirt and denim shorts, is lying on a hammock with her back to the camera overlooking the ocean.
The final shot shows today’s teenage girl in button-down flannel, sitting cross-legged on a sofa, with a newsboy cap on her face.
Berry shares Nahla with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, and she shares son Maceo, 9, with her third husband, Olivier Martinez.

“I have two children. Fan has a son. As a mother living in this modern mixed-race family, I only care about my children accepting my decision.”
