Boston Cops Make Chilling Discovery Of Remains Of Four Dead Children Inside Flat

Police confirm four dead children found in suburban flat after cleaners find remains of ‘fetus or baby’ in fridge

The bodies of four children were found in an apartment in Boston, US, police say

Four children have been found dead in a flat after a baby was found in a fridge.

Police announced Monday that autopsies have been completed on two men and two women whose remains were removed from a property in Boston, U.S., on Nov. 17-18.

Officers searched the apartment on the first day after receiving a call about a cleaning crew who found the body of a “fetus or infant” inside the refrigerator.

Just 24 hours later, the Boston Police Department confirmed that “what appeared to be additional human remains” had been found in the freezer.

It is understood the first remains were found when cleaners were preparing the flat for new tenants.

Cleaners reportedly found the body of a baby in the refrigerator on Nov. 17

One of the containers removed from the building was only about three feet long, according to local reports.

James Bogsani, a spokesman for Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden, said last week that prosecutors have been working to determine whether a criminal offense was committed because of the freezing of the body.

He revealed that it slowed down the work of the state medical examiner’s office, adding: “At this point, it’s more of a mystery than a crime.”

The horrific discovery shocked community members on East Broadway in the Boston suburb, with one neighbor telling NBC 10: “You just hope and pray for humanity, for the family that lost a child, your heart goes out to that child”

Investigations into the incident have reportedly been hampered by the body being frozen

Another said: “Too bad to think it’s next door.

“Absolutely chilling and haunting.”

No one has been arrested in connection with the incident and it has not been announced whether any charges have been laid.

Homicide detectives, along with members of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, continue to investigate the incident, a statement from the Boston Police Department said.
