An Air Force plane crashes into homes during training, killing one person and injuring two others in China, igniting a massive fire.

After a plane crashed landed and set fire to several homes, at least one person was killed and two others were injured.

During training this morning, a PLA Air Force J-7 fighter jet smashed into several homes in China’s Hubei Province.

The pilot is said to have parched to safety before being taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Following the crash, houses erupted in flames, and pictures show smoke billowing from the scene.

The cause of the collision near Laohekou Airport is currently under investigation.
